Policy Overview
At Makesenstudio, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We provide a 14-day return & refund policy for all orders placed on Lymow's official website (makesenstudio.com). In the event of a conflict between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
By using your Makesenstudio product, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use your Lymow product.
Cancel the order

For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Makesenstudio’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Makesenstudio Store.

If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to apply for a return and refund after receiving the product.
Returns Accepted In:

Non-quality returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. The product must be brand-new—unopened, unused, and unactivated, with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.

Quality-related returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, after Makestudio has confirmed that the product is unusable due to quality issues.
Return Charges

Non-quality-related returns: Return shipping costs will be charged and deducted from the total refund

Quality-related returns: Once Makesenstudio has confirmed, all costs for returning the products will be covered by Makesenstudio.
Returns Not Accepted In:
- 14 days have gone by since you received the item.
- Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- We cannot refund due to the reason "size does not fit" or "brought the wrong size". Please check the size guide carefully prior to purchase.
- Dislike due to personal preferences.
- Original product packaging has been removed, affecting resale.
- Transactions not originating from Makesenstudio official or authorized platforms, such as second-hand market orders.
- Internal discoloration, scratches, color differences are normal phenomena, as well as minor cosmetic blemishes (spots or discoloration less than 0.3mm in diameter), air bubbles, and color variations that do not affect usability are not covered under after-sales service.

Ensure all components and accessories are included in the original packaging.

Refund Processing

You will be refunded after we receive the returned product and check it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Other Cases

If your order arrives damaged/faulty in any way, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are unable to accommodate returns/refunds for customized items.

We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, or misuse.
